Sapporo Snow Festival

We would like to introduce snow festival held in Sapporo, Hokkaido.

Hokkaido is located in the northern end of Japan. They have a lot of snow every year. And special local products such as crab, salmon and a lot of vegetables are famous for.

Sapporo Snow Festival is held every year in winter. More than 2 million tourists, including foreigners visit there and it is the biggest event in Hokkaido.

A variety of statue such as animation character and building, made by snow and ice can be seen all around the stage.
